Cancellation

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for free if you do so at least 72 hours before the job starts. A 30% fee will be charged for cancellations made between 48-24 hours prior, while a 50% fee applies for cancellations 24 hours before the job. We appreciate your understanding of our policies.

Can You Walk On The Carpets After Being Cleaned?

The short answer is yes but always take your time walking off damp carpets onto any laminate and tiled floors ECT can be really slippery once your feet are wet.

How Often Would You Get The Exterior Of Your House Cleaned?

Short answer is it all depends on your area and surroundings, we have had clients exterior cleans last just a couple years but they live in building sites ect, were others have lasted 5+ years.

The faster we get to a stain in a carpet or upholstery the more of a chance it can come out! Also the faster these materials dry the less chance of the stain rising through from the underlay.

One of our first questions regarding pets are always if they are inside or outside animals we always try to interact with everyone's animals we need to remember we are coming into their home as well.
